In this week’s power rankings, there are not any new top ten teams, but there is plenty of movement outside of the top ten. This past week, football fans learned the Jaguars are in even deeper trouble, the Saints are beginning to come around, the Browns blew another opportunity to win a game, lack of team discipline has held back the Lions this season, the Green Bay Packers look like they are back to normal, the Arizona Cardinals are reeling fast, the New York Jets are playing better than expected without Santonio Holmes and Darrelle Revis, and chemistry in Carolina looks to be fading quickly.

Here are the Goat’s Week 7 NFL Power Rankings:

31. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-5)

Last Week: 32

No Maurice Jones-Drew is going to create even more problems for the struggling Jags

30. Carolina Panthers (1-5)

Last Week: 27

Cam Newton not happy with his team, but the majority of the blame should be on the chaotic quarterback

29. Cleveland Browns (1-6)

Last Week: 30

At least they are competitive, they just can’t find a way to finish off opponents

28. Oakland Raiders (2-4)

Last Week: 29

Would’ve been embarrassing to fall to a Jaguars team without MJD and with Chad Henne playing

27. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-4)

Last Week: 19

The offense is playing great, but the defense hasn’t improved since last season

26. New Orleans Saints (2-4)

Last Week: 28

^See Tampa Bay Buccaneers thoughts above^

25. Buffalo Bills (3-4)

Last Week: 25

Mario Williams and the defense needs to step it up for the Bills to have any shot of making the playoffs

24. Detroit Lions (2-4)

Last Week: 20

Six fumbles, one interception, and going 1-4 in the redzone isn’t going to help when trying to win on the road

23. Tennessee Titans (3-4)

Last Week: 26

Chris Johnson finally gets it together for the Titans in 2012

22. Indianapolis Colts (3-3)

Last Week: 23

Playing hard in Coach Pagano’s absence

21. New York Jets (3-4)

Last Week: 14

Rex Ryan has done a great coaching job, but Mark Sanchez is the reason the Jets are under .500

20. Washington Redskins (3-4)

Last Week: 13

Can’t have five fumbles against the defending Super Bowl Champions
