Last Week: 32
Brady Quinn, Matt Cassel does it really matter who is at quarterback? This team has the look of the NFL’s worst team of 2012.
Week 8 has come and gone, and here are some quick thoughts: The Vikings and Cardinals are on their way back to reality, the Jaguars can’t seem to win even when playing their best football, the Chiefs are in tremendous trouble, the 49ers and Broncos are the clear favorites in the West divisions, the Lions may have saved their season, and patience has become thin in San Diego and Philadelphia.

Here are the Goat’s Week 8 Power Rankings:

Last Week: 31
Played a solid game in Green Bay, but this team lacks talent

Last Week: 30
Gave a game away in Chicago on Sunday

Last Week: 26
The defense can’t stop anybody…period

Last Week: 29
Found a way to win a close game for a change on Sunday

27. Buffalo Bills (3-4)

Last Week: 25
Hopeful Super Mario will be in action next weekend

Last Week: 23
Would’ve been huge to get to .500 with a win over the division-rival Colts

25. Oakland Raiders (3-4)

Last Week: 28
This team isn’t very good, but they are not anything close to as bad as the Chiefs…

Last Week: 18
Norv Turner’s days are being numbered in San Diego

23. New York Jets (3-5)

Last Week: 21
Sunday’s whopping loss to the Dolphins showed the Jets are declining, not improving

Last Week: 20
They have the talent, but a lack of experience is hurting the ‘skins chances in 2012

21. St. Louis Rams (3-5)

Last Week: 19
Need to let quarterback Sam Bradford throw the football deep down the field more often

Last Week: 17
Hoping the bye week will help the Bengals get back on the winning track
